Private Label Himalayan Salt Manufacturing in Pakistan

A private-label salt range needs one agreed reference for the product, the packaging and the artwork. HS Salt welcomes manufacturing and packing enquiries from importers, distributors and retail brands. Start with the Product, Then Design the Pack

Choose the product family before finalising a label layout. Edible pink salt, natural animal lick blocks and decorative salt pieces do not share the same specification or presentation. A pack designed around a granular product may not suit a salt rock, and a photograph should not substitute for an agreed item size.

Product familySpecification to define first

Animal lick blocksTarget weight, tolerance, shape and included accessories.
Decorative salt itemsDesign, dimensions, finish and product-specific components.
Each branded SKUProduct reference, packaging contents and identification details.

Prepare a Packaging Brief Your Team Can Approve

Describe the proposed container, bag, wrapper or box, including unit dimensions where they affect product fit. State the required net weight or piece count and identify which materials carry the brand artwork. Ask the HS Salt team to confirm the available formats, setup requirements and minimum quantities for the proposed order.

For a family of sizes, specify which details remain consistent and which change by SKU. A shared design may still need separate weight declarations, barcodes or item references. Label files should be associated with the exact product and pack they describe.

Keep Artwork Review Separate from Product Approval

A product sample can establish the reference for appearance and dimensions, while a packaging proof establishes text placement and presentation. Agree both before treating the item as approved. Mark revisions clearly so an outdated proof is not confused with the version accepted for the order.

The brand owner should provide the required market language, product wording and identification information. Product composition and certification statements must be supported by the relevant documentation. A logo, claim or certificate should not be added to artwork simply because it appears on another supplier’s pack.

An Order-Ready Approval Record

  • Product specification and the relevant sample reference.
  • Approved net weight or count and permitted variation.
  • Unit pack, outer carton and any accessory requirements.
  • Artwork file name, revision and buyer approval date.
  • Barcode or SKU reference and the intended sales market.
  • Quoted quantity, setup costs and agreed production timing.

Build a Reorder Reference

For repeat production, retain the approved specification and packaging revision together. If the buyer changes the weight, format, language or accessories, identify that change before requesting a repeat quotation. The supplier can then confirm whether the original price, materials and timing still apply.

Equestrian brands can use our horse and equine salt block guide to define their assortment. Importers planning several branded items can also review the bulk packing and receiving checklist.

Send a Private-Label Development Enquiry

Email info@hssalt.com with your product brief, target quantity, proposed pack, artwork requirements and destination. If the range is still being developed, state which details are fixed and which need a supply review. HS Salt will confirm the options that can be quoted for your enquiry.

For animal products, start with our animal lick salt manufacturing specification guide before approving the branded pack.
