Wholesale Buyer Questions
Which grain sizes can I order?
Share the particle size or mesh specification you need. Our team will confirm the available grade with your quotation. Fine and coarse descriptions should not replace an agreed size range.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Request the current minimum for your grade and packaging. Confirm net weight, price basis, packing and estimated lead time in the quotation.
Can I discuss retail or private-label packing?
Send your proposed pack size, artwork requirements and market. Ask the team to confirm availability, order minimums and any setup requirements.
Choose Grain Size by Intended Use
Fine, coarse and grinder descriptions are useful starting points, but they do not define a consistent particle-size range. Send the required size in millimetres or a reference sample. A grinder fill, a foodservice pack and a repacking order may each require a different specification.
If visual presentation matters, identify the acceptable shade and whether mixed crystal sizes are suitable. Natural colour variation should be discussed with the sample and order specification. Pink colour alone does not establish a chemical composition or a health advantage.
Approve Food Product Information Before Packing
Request the current product specification and the available analysis for the proposed grade. Tell us any destination-specific limits, labelling rules or test-report requirements that your importer needs to review. A report for another product or shipment should not be assumed to cover the order being quoted.
For retail packs, agree the net weight, label language, product description and barcode responsibilities. For bulk bags, confirm bag construction, net weight, bag markings and any requested pallet arrangement. Artwork and product details should be agreed before the pack is approved.
Keep Edible Salt Separate from Other Product Grades
Edible salt enquiries should identify food use explicitly. Do not assume that industrial salt, livestock salt licks and edible salt share the same specification, documentation or packaging. Send separate order lines for different intended uses so the appropriate product can be reviewed.
